IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are seeking a transcript for a student who attended a school listed on the SCHEV URL but in a different state, please note that we do not have records for such cases. Before proceeding with your request, please refer to the list of closed schools. A nonrefundable $7 administrative charge will apply to transcript requests in the event the transcript cannot be located.
To obtain records from ANU, please complete this form. Electronic Transcripts are $20 and Mailed Transcripts are $25.

American National University does not act in the capacity of registrar and cannot produce official transcripts. ANU provides copies of the records in storage, which may be incomplete or incorrect.
One form must be filled out per request under one name. If requesting a search under multiple names, please fill out separate
forms and include the appropriate fee for each form.
For third-party requests, please attach a signed release from the student.
